The individuals that attend Rob's Place will experience lessons on things such as;
social skills (i. e how we act in public/social settings), life skills (i.e cleaning, hygiene, organization), educational skills (i.e basic math, working with money, language, reading comphrension, history & science lessons). They will also have the opportunity for free time where they can socialize and create friendships!

Every week we work on different crafts. We also take this opportunity to provide activities that can second as occupational therapy (a form of therapy for rehabilitation through the performance of activites required in daily life) for our individuals. Examples of some crafts we've done in the past are located below.

Our community
Our Rob's Place crew loves to go work out in our community! We have been given the opportunity to work weekly at businesses such as; Old Mill Market, Mossy Creek Nursery & Market, and occasionally, The Circle of Care. All of which are local to us.
We have one staff member take 3-4 individuals to jobs each week. Examples of what we do at "jobs" can change depending on which location we're at. Our clients do things such as clean, organize, set up retail & learn how to interact with the employees/customers at the businesses as well.
We are so thankful for what jobs we've had the opportunity to do thus far & can't wait to see what else we are able to do in the future!
